QUADRA
QUantum-resistant Architecture for Distributed Resilient Applications
QUADRA is a modular, quantum-secure distributed ledger platform designed to safeguard operational integrity in contested, disconnected, or adversary-monitored environments. Purpose-built for national security and critical infrastructure applications, QUADRA enforces cryptographic trust, policy compliance, and mission data continuity without relying on centralized systems or token-based consensus models.

At the core of QUADRA is a CNSA Suite 2.0–compliant cryptographic foundation, integrating ML-KEM-1024 for post-quantum key exchange and ML-DSA-87 for digital signatures. These cryptographic primitives are embedded directly into the ledger architecture, ensuring that every transaction, policy change, and validator action is verifiably bound to a trusted identity and cryptographically resistant to compromise, even in the face of emerging quantum threats.
QUADRA introduces a layered trust model that separates consensus, access control, data availability, and identity enforcement into distinct but interlocking modules. This architecture enables precise segmentation of sensitive information, mission compartmentalization, and real-time revocation of access privileges across distributed systems. The design supports seamless integration into edge nodes, mobile enclaves, and sovereign relay architectures operating under zero-trust mandates.
One of QUADRA’s key capabilities is its ability to maintain ledger synchronization across degraded, intermittent, and disconnected environments. Validator nodes operate independently under a permissioned Quantum Proof-of-Authority (Q-PoA) framework, propagating signed updates and decisions without requiring live connectivity or external timing sources. When reconnected, the system automatically reconciles state, providing a tamper-evident chain of custody and restoring operational continuity with full cryptographic integrity.
Identity attribution is enforced through VeriKey™, a subsystem that embeds revocable, cryptographically bound credentials directly into every blockchain interaction. This ensures that all actions, whether machine-initiated, autonomous, or human-authored, are both traceable and policy-compliant, even in coalition or constrained-deployment scenarios. QUADRA makes origin assurance and non-repudiation a default characteristic of every transaction, not an add-on.
Whether used to secure telemetry, coordinate edge autonomy, or enforce trust boundaries in multi-domain operations, QUADRA offers a zero-token, post-quantum-secure ledger framework optimized for resilience and clarity. It enables organizations to move from fragile encryption overlays to verifiable trust fabrics, strengthening command, coordination, and continuity in the most demanding environments.
